Tehran: Iran’s parliament speaker has issued a stark warning to American forces stationed across the Middle East in response to comments made by US President Donald Trump. The speaker declared that these forces would be seen as legitimate targets should Washington take any hostile actions.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the speaker, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, made these remarks after President Trump expressed support for Iranian protesters. Ghalibaf emphasized that any adventurism by the US would result in American centers and forces throughout the region being targeted. He conveyed this message through a statement on X, directly addressing what he termed as the US president’s disrespect.
