On September 16, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov has received the newly appointed Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Republic of Azerbaijan, Omar al Nahar, Azerbaijani MFA told APA.
The Ambassador Omar al Nahar first presented the copy of his credentials to Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov congratulated the ambassador Omar Al Nahar on his appointment as the Ambassador to Azerbaijan, and wished him success in his future endeavors.
At the meeting, issues on the agenda of bilateral and also multilateral cooperation between the two countries, and the prospects for the development of relations were discussed.
Noting that there is a wide potential for the development of cooperation between the countries in a number of fields, Ambassador Omar Al Nahar said that he will spare no efforts for the further development of Jordan-Azerbaijan relations during his diplomatic activity.
