As the obtained video footage shows, illegal Armenian armed detachments in the territory of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeepers are temporarily stationed, attempted to establish new positions and install long-term fortification facilities in front of the Azerbaijan Army positions.
Note that such acts of provocation by illegal Armenian armed detachments have intensified recently.
