Baku: Hungarian Minister of Culture and Innovation Bal¡zs Hank³ visited the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) to discuss potential collaborative opportunities between Azerbaijan and Hungary in the realms of higher education, science, and innovation. During his visit, Hank³ engaged in discussions with ASOIU’s Rector Rufat Azizov, focusing on enhancing bilateral cooperation in these critical areas.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the minister toured various facilities at ASOIU, including laboratories and computer rooms, as well as the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ). He expressed appreciation for the university’s material and technical resources and the educational environment provided for students and faculty.
Bal¡zs Hank³ highlighted the interest of Hungarian higher education institutions in establishing partnerships with Azerbaijani universities. He pointed out the promising opportunities for collaboration in research, science, education, and innovation, emphasizing the mutual benefits such partnerships could bring to both countries.
