Georgia Earns $169 Million from Azerbaijani Tourists in First Nine Months of 2025


Tbilisi: In the first nine months of this year, Georgia earned $169 million in revenue from tourists from Azerbaijan, APA’s local bureau reports, citing the National Tourism Administration of Georgia.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, compared to the same period last year, revenue increased by 32.8%, or $41.8 million. During the reporting period, Georgia earned a record $3.6 billion from international tourism, which is 5.1% higher than the same period last year.



It should be noted that from January to September this year, the number of visitors from Azerbaijan to Georgia increased by 34.9% year-on-year, reaching 220,168 people.
