Washington:George Washington University students recently visited the Azerbaijani Embassy in the United States, where they met with Ambassador Khazar Ibrahim. The meeting was organized for members of the university’s International Students Association.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the students were informed about Azerbaijan’s foreign policy priorities, the strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and the U.S., and the country’s historical and cultural heritage. Additionally, educational opportunities in Azerbaijan were discussed.
Ambassador Khazar Ibrahim expressed appreciation for the interest shown by the students in Azerbaijan. He emphasized that such interactions are valuable for enhancing students’ understanding of Azerbaijan’s history, culture, and modern development. The ambassador highlighted that these meetings also help in strengthening educational, cultural, and people-to-people connections between the two nations.
