‘The Oracle Advisory Group also monitored the election process in Karabakh. As with the presidential election, the respondents’ eagerness to participate in the exit poll was very high in these elections,’ said George Birnbaum, representative of the U.S. Oracle Advisory Group, which conducted an exit-poll in collaboration with the Citizens’ Labor Rights Protection League. He made these remarks during a press conference on the preliminary outcomes of the snap parliamentary elections.
According to George Birnbaum, voters responded to the questions posed to them with high enthusiasm.
