Baku:Dutch Foreign Minister Tom Berendsen has expressed his gratitude towards Azerbaijan for supporting Dutch diplomats amidst the recent tensions in Iran. This statement was made during a joint press conference with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, Berendsen highlighted that Dutch diplomats had sought refuge at the Azerbaijani Embassy in Iran during the period of unrest. He extended heartfelt thanks to Azerbaijan for providing essential assistance to the diplomats in a challenging situation.
