Baku: The open court hearing concerning Armenian citizens accused of crimes against peace and humanity, including war crimes and terrorism, continued at the Baku Military Court under Judge Zeynal Aghayev. The trial involves multiple defendants, including Arayik Harutyunyan and Levon Mnatsakanyan, who stand accused of numerous offenses resulting from Armenia’s military aggression against Azerbaijan.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the trial session provided interpreters and defense lawyers for the accused, who are facing charges related to aggressive war crimes, terrorism, and other violations. Victim Ilham Mammadov testified about his capture and torture by Armenian forces in 2002, identifying accused Levon Mnatsakanyan as his assailant. Mnatsakanyan denied any torture and claimed the prisoner was treated humanely.
