Yerevan: The 8th European Political Community Summit became possible thanks to the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia, President of the European Council, Ant³nio Costa, said during the summit in Yerevan.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Costa highlighted that the South Caucasus has entered a transformative stage due to the ongoing peace process and the progress achieved in Armenia-Trkiye relations.
