Baku: By Order No. 1167/ dated December 30, 2025, of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the COP29 Azerbaijan Operating Company has been dissolved. A liquidation commission has been established to oversee the process.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, claims related to the creditor liabilities of the dissolved COP29 Azerbaijan Operating Company must be submitted to the liquidation commission within a period of two months. Claims submitted after the specified period will not be considered.
