Baku: Azerbaijan’s representative in the UEFA Conference League, Qarabag FC, played its first match in the third qualifying round today. The Aghdam club faced off against the Ukrainian team, Dynamo Kyiv, as the visiting side.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the match commenced with Dynamo Kyiv taking control early in the game. The home team managed to open the score quickly, setting the pace for the rest of the match. Despite continued efforts from Qarabag FC, the score remained unchanged, resulting in a 0:1 defeat for the Azerbaijani team.
