The meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States held in Bishkek under the chairmanship of the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov, is resulted in signing a number of documents. Thus, the following documents were signed: 1. Exchange of views on interaction within the CIS. 2. On the chairmanship of the CIS in 2024. 3. On holding the next meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the CIS. 4. On awarding the CIS Badge of Honor. 5. On the Treaty on the Establishment of the International Organization for the Russian Language. 6. On the Statement of the heads of state of the CIS participants on cooperation on the harmonization of public administration systems in the field of digital technologies. 7. On the Statement of the Heads of State of the CIS Member States on the principles of interstate relations in a multipolar world. 8. On the Statement of the Heads of State of the CIS Member States on the protection of the human and citizen’s right to freedom of religion. 9. On the Statement of the Heads of State of the CIS Member States on the support and promotion of the Russian language as a language of interethnic communication. 10. On the status of Observer in the CIS and the status of Partner of the CIS. 11. On the Agreement on the establishment of the International Center for Risk Assessment of Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime and the Financing of Terrorism. 12. On the Agreement on the formation of the Coordination Council of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of forensic activities. 13. On the Interstate program of joint measures to combat crime for 2024-2028. 14. On the medal ‘For contribution to strengthening peace.’ 15. On declaring the city of Samarkand (Republic of Uzbekistan) the Cultural Capital of the Commonwealth in 2024. 16. On amendments to the legal acts of the CIS: 16.1. On the Protocol on Amendments to the Regulations on the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States, approved by the Protocol of June 21, 2000. 16.2. On amendments to decisions of CIS bodies. 16.3. On amendments to the Decision of the Council of Heads of State of the CIS dated September 19, 2003 on measures for the fulfillment by member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States of their obligations to transfer shared contributions to the unified budget of Commonwealth bodies financed from the budgetary funds of the CIS member states.
