‘Necessary conditions created for constituency and precinct election commissions in Azerbaijan are at a high level,’ said CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov at a meeting with chairs of the district election commissions.
‘Those who will violate the requirements of the Election Code will be punished,’ the CEC chairman added.
