Baku: “Russia is one of Azerbaijan’s main trading partners in the non-oil sector. Operations in this area are monitored by the Central Bank,” Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Taleh Kazimov made the remark during a press conference today, commenting on how political tensions with Russia could impact economic relations, APA-Economics reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Kazimov noted that no significant changes were observed in import and export indicators and the volume of money transfers in the first half of this year.
