London:Oil prices rose on global markets, with significant increases noted in both Brent and Light crude futures.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, on the London-based Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), Brent crude futures increased by $1.76, reaching a price of $110.55 per barrel. Meanwhile, on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), Light crude futures rose by $1.46, bringing the price to $99.28 per barrel.
These changes reflect the ongoing fluctuations in the global oil markets, impacting both major crude benchmarks.
