Book on Garabagh Khanate was presented in Poland


A presentation and conference of the album-book entitled “Karabakh Khanate: Historical and Cultural Profile”, printed with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was held in National Ethnographic Museum in Warsaw organized by Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Poland, Eurasian International Development Association (EIDA), National Ethnographic Museum in Warsaw and Georgian National Museum, the Embassy told APA.

The Embassy noted that previously, an exhibition titled “Garabagh Khanate: pearls of the cultural heritage of Garabagh” was held in the lobby of the library.

Pictures of the artifacts preserved in the collections of the Georgian National Museum belonging to the Garabagh Khanate of the autonomous state of Azerbaijan (1747-1822), wich had the city of Shusha as its capital, were displayed at the exhibition.

A the end of the event, the book “Karabakh Khanate: Historical and Cultural Profile” was gifted to the participants.
