Baku: On April 9, the price of Bitcoin sharply decreased on cryptocurrency exchanges, APA-Economics reports. The world’s most expensive cryptocurrency, as of 9:45 AM Baku time on the CoinMarketCap platform, saw a decline of 3.98%, reaching USD 76,536.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, a decrease in the price of Ethereum was also observed over the past day. The value of the cryptocurrency decreased by 8.19%, reaching USD 1,455. XRP, which ranks among the top five cryptocurrencies, experienced a 4.32% drop in the last 24 hours, while BNB saw a reduction of 2.65%.
It is noteworthy that the highest price for Bitcoin was recorded on December 16 of last year, exceeding USD 108,000.
