Washington: A bill aiming to lift restrictions on U.S. aid to Azerbaijan has been introduced in the U.S. Congress.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the bill was submitted to the House Foreign Affairs Committee. The author of the bill is Representative Anna Paulina Luna.
