Baku:An international summit titled ‘UN Governance Innovation Summit Advancing Future-Ready Institutions’ is scheduled to take place in Baku on November 5-6. This significant event is a collaboration between the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) and the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Mahammadali Khudaverdiyev, Head of the International Relations Department of the State Agency, announced the summit during a briefing conducted by the ASAN Khidmet centre in partnership with the United Nations.
The summit aims to advance future-ready institutions and is part of the execution of the Contribution Agreement, which was signed between the Government of Azerbaijan and the United Nations in November 2024.
