Baku: A Protocol on the outcomes of the 6th meeting of the Azerbaijan-Italy Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation held in Baku has been signed. The document was signed by Azerbaijan’s Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov and Italy’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Edmondo Cirielli.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the meeting focused on the current state and future prospects of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Italy. Discussions covered various sectors including energy, trade, industry, investment, and small and medium-sized enterprises.
The Azerbaijan-Italy Intergovernmental Commission was co-chaired by Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov for Azerbaijan and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Edmondo Cirielli for Italy. The event saw participation from government officials of both countries along with representatives from relevant institutions.
