Baku: Azerbaijan’s significant contribution to fostering cooperation among Turkic countries was emphasized by President Ilham Aliyev during his speech at the ‘Facing the New World Order’ forum held at ADA University. He underlined Azerbaijan’s proactive engagement with the Turkic world, highlighting the nation’s commitment to strengthening ties among Turkic countries.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev remarked on the shared history, ethnic roots, linguistic similarities, and cultural traditions that unite the member states. He expressed a desire for the Organization of Turkic Countries to become more consolidated and results-oriented. Emphasizing Azerbaijan’s dedication, he noted the positive atmosphere of interaction among member states, indicating Azerbaijan’s efforts to foster a collaborative environment.
