Baku: The draft resolution titled “On declaring an amnesty on the occasion of the ‘Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty'” was presented for discussion in the Milli Majlis. The resolution was adopted after discussions in one reading.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the initiative to declare an amnesty was proposed by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
