Azerbaijan’s Deputy Minister Highlights Investment Opportunities at Caucasus Forum


Mineralnye vody: Azer Bayramov, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Minister of Economy, participated in the Caucasus Investment Forum held in Russia’s Mineralnye Vody. Addressing the plenary session, Azer Bayramov highlighted Azerbaijan’s favorable business and investment environment, the opportunities created for investors, as well as the tax and customs privileges applied.



According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Bayramov provided information about the Alat Free Economic Zone, located along international transport corridors, industrial parks, and the special privileges and benefits applied to business entities in the liberated territories and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.



The forum focused on the development of areas such as investment and finance, tourism, digitalization, international cooperation, agro-industry, trade, healthcare, energy, transport, infrastructure, culture, and human capital. Panel sessions were held on topics including financing, agriculture, the application of artificial intelligence, and the development of tourism and medical tourism.
