Baku: Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) has released its weekly report on operations conducted in the liberated territories from February 10 to February 16, 2025. According to ANAMA, 122 anti-personnel mines, 51 anti-tank mines, and 306 unexploded ordnance (UXOs) were discovered in various regions including Tartar, Aghdam, Aghdara, Lachin, Fuzuli, Shusha, Khojaly, Khankandi, Kalbajar, Khojavand, Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, ANAMA’s efforts led to the clearance of 935.6 hectares of land from mines and unexploded ordnance. The agency continues to work on making these territories safe for civilians and future development projects.
