Azerbaijani President Highlights Astonishment of Foreign Visitors at Karabakh’s Restoration

Baku: Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev emphasized the remarkable progress in the restoration of Karabakh during a speech at the inauguration of the Aghdam Mugham Center. He noted that the extensive construction work carried out over the past four and a half years since the Second Karabakh War is visible for all to see.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev pointed out that significant construction and restoration efforts are ongoing across all liberated territories. He highlighted the destructive policies pursued by the Armenian state during the occupation, which led to the demolition of cities and villages. The President remarked that foreign visitors to these regions are often unable to hide their astonishment and, in many cases, their outrage at the extensive damage that was previously inflicted.
