Baku: Eldar Nadir Salimov has been appointed as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Iraq.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an Order to formalize this appointment.
The decision marks a significant diplomatic step as Azerbaijan continues to strengthen its international relations. Salimov’s role will involve representing Azerbaijani interests and fostering diplomatic ties between Azerbaijan and Iraq.
