Baku: A new law titled “On Heat Supply” was discussed and adopted during today’s session of the Milli Majlis. The law consists of 7 chapters and 26 articles, marking a significant step in the regulation of heat supply within Azerbaijan.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the adoption of the law will lead to the annulment of the “Rules for the Use of Thermal Energy,” which were previously approved by the Cabinet of Ministers under Decision No. 303 on December 5, 2023. The law was successfully passed in its third reading, indicating its thorough consideration and approval by the legislative body.
