Kyiv:Farhad Guliyev, an Azerbaijani resident in Ukraine, has been appointed as the Deputy Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Guliyev expressed through a social media post that his new role carries considerable responsibility in securing the safety of Kyiv.
Guliyev emphasized his awareness of the significant duties involved in his position and the necessity of working efficiently to maintain the security of both the capital and the state.
