Azerbaijani Martyr’s Father Brings Historic Flag to Aghdam by Train


Aghdam: The first Azerbaijani flag raised in the Aghdam district during the independence period has been transported back to the city of Aghdam. This significant event was reported by APA’s Karabakh bureau.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the flag was brought by Haji Akbar Rustamov, a former fighter and father of a martyr. Rustamov arrived on the first train route to the city, carrying the historic flag. He announced his intention to present the flag to the museum, marking a poignant moment in the region’s history.
