Baku: Azerbaijani citizens remaining in Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain are set to be evacuated through Jeddah, as announced by Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov. This was revealed during a joint press conference with Mihai Pop?oi, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Minister Bayramov stated that on March 4, a total of 209 people were successfully evacuated from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He also mentioned the upcoming evacuation plans for Azerbaijani citizens currently in Qatar, noting that these individuals will be transported from Jeddah on March 7. Additionally, plans are underway to bring citizens remaining in Kuwait and Bahrain to Jeddah for evacuation.
