Azerbaijani citizen suspected of murder detained in Abkhazia

Citizens of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan suspected of killing a “citizen of Abkhazia” were detained in the occupied Georgian region of Abkhazia, says the “Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the de facto regime in Abkhazia, APA’s Tbilisi correspondent reports.

It is reported that the murdered Rydvan Khan Ipa had Turkish citizenship, as well.

Note that on August 6, citizens of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan were put on the wanted list.

Both suspects were arrested on 8 August.
