Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Republic of Trkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan engaged in a phone conversation, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Erdogan conveyed his congratulations to President Aliyev and the people of Azerbaijan on the holy Ramadan holiday, expressing wishes for the nation’s prosperity and abundance. President Aliyev expressed his gratitude for the warm wishes and reciprocated the congratulations to President Erdogan and the people of Trkiye, extending his best wishes for the holiday.
During their discussion, both leaders reflected on the future of Azerbaijan-Trkiye relations, which are founded on brotherhood and alliance. They expressed optimism about meeting again in the near future.
