BAKU: Polad Bulbuloghlu has been recalled from his position as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Russian Federation, Trend reports.
The relevant decree was signed by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
