Baku: The government of Azerbaijan is working to develop mutual cooperation with partner countries in the field of food safety in order to facilitate the export of locally produced goods, Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov said during a panel discussion at the Azerbaijan International Investment Forum, APA-Economics reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Minister highlighted the significant opportunities available for small and medium-sized enterprises in the agricultural sector of Azerbaijan, noting that differentiated approaches are applied in subsidy programs.
The Minister emphasized the potential of the territories liberated from occupation for cultivation, extending an invitation to potential investors to invest in these areas. He assured that the Ministry, alongside other state institutions, would be committed to assisting, guiding, and supporting investors in their endeavors.
