Yerevan: Azerbaijan has transferred 10 Armenians and one ethnic Russian residing in the Karabakh region to Armenia. This development was confirmed by Armenia’s Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Arsen Torosyan, as reported by APA, citing Armenian media.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, the individuals expressed their desire to move to Armenia through formal applications to the relevant authorities. These requests were honored, leading to their transfer to Armenia.
