Mingachevir: Azerbaijan is set to inaugurate the Agdam-Khankendi railway and the Khankendi Railway and Bus Terminal Complex by the end of 2026, as announced by Arif Agayev, Advisor to the Chairman of Azerbaijan Railways (ADY).
According to Azeri-Press news agency, Agayev emphasized that railway infrastructure development is not limited to Karabakh but is also progressing in the East Zangezur economic region. Currently, 84% of the design and 67% of the construction and installation work for the Horadiz-Agbend railway line have been completed.
