Baku: The tax registration of non-residents providing works and services through e-commerce will be regulated under a new procedure. This development was discussed at the recent session of the Milli Majlis.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this change is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Tax Code. The amendment aims to streamline the tax registration process for non-resident e-commerce providers operating in Azerbaijan.
