Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov spoke about Azerbaijan’s Green Energy policy based on international investment and cooperation at the world’s largest event in the field of wind energy – Wind Energy Hamburg Conference, Shahbazobv wrote in his X account, APA reports.
“At the world’s biggest event in the field of wind energy – the Wind Energy Hamburg conference, we shared our views on Azerbaijan’s Green Energy policy based on international investment and cooperation. We talked about the 2 kW stations, which cost 2 billion USD, 18 GW mega projects by 2037 on the basis of the 157 GW Wind Energy Potential of the Caspian Sea and Green Energy Corridors planned. As the chairman of COP29, Azerbaijan’s initiatives to accelerate the global energy transition, such as the Green Energy Zones and Corridors Pledge, the Global Energy Storage and Grids Pledge, the Hydrogen Declaration, as well as the opportunities to provide partnerships with the European Wind Energy Association and German companies were bro
