Aghdara: The next relocation convoy has arrived in Hasanriz village of the Aghdara district, relocating 16 families, comprising 74 people, to the area.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, these families were previously settled in various locations across the republic, including dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings. This marks the latest phase of Azerbaijan’s ongoing efforts to resettle internally displaced persons (IDPs) in their former regions.
The initiative aims to provide stable living conditions for these families, who have been residing temporarily in different accommodations throughout the country. The relocation process is part of a broader government strategy to ensure that former IDPs can return to their hometowns and rebuild their lives with a sense of normalcy.
