Aghdam: In line with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the Great Return to the liberated territories continues, APA reports. The next relocation convoy has departed for the cities of Aghdam and Khojavand. At this stage, 41 families comprising 156 people were relocated to Aghdam, while 57 families totaling 206 people were relocated to Khojavand.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the relocated families had been temporarily settled in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings. Residents returning to their native lands expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state support provided to them.
They also conveyed their appreciation to the Azerbaijani Army, as well as to the soldiers and officers who liberated the country’s territories from occupation, and honored the memory of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in this cause.
