Khojavend: Azerbaijan has facilitated the relocation of 55 more individuals to the Girmizi Bazar settlement in the Khojavend district. The families were presented with keys to their new homes during an official handover ceremony attended by key government officials.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the event was graced by employees from the Special Representative Office of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand districts. Representatives from the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons were also present. This relocation marks a significant step in the ongoing efforts to resettle displaced persons within the country.

This most recent relocation involves 16 families who were previously residing in various temporary accommodations such as dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings across the country. With this group, the total number of families that have been resettled in the Girmizi Bazar settlement has reached 67, comprising 254 individuals.
