Azerbaijan Raises Ministry of Justice Apparatus’ Staffing Limit

Baku: The staffing limit of the Ministry of Justice apparatus in Azerbaijan has been increased. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree to this effect, raising the staffing limit from 455 to 473 positions.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this change reflects an administrative decision aimed at enhancing the operational capabilities of the Ministry of Justice. The adjustment allows for an additional 18 positions within the ministry’s apparatus.

The decree highlights Azerbaijan’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its institutional frameworks and improve the efficiency of its justice system. The increase in staffing is part of broader reforms intended to support the justice sector’s capacity to meet the needs of the population.
