Azerbaijan Proposes Work Permit Exemptions for Foreign Agronomists and Veterinarians

Accra:Benefits are set to be introduced for foreign agronomists and veterinarians as part of a proposed amendment to the Migration Code. This proposal was submitted for discussion at the Legal Policy and State Building Committee of the Milli Majlis.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the draft law aims to expand the category of foreigners who can obtain temporary residence permits without the need to secure work permits.

The proposed changes would include the heads and deputy heads of agropark residents, who are legal entities.
