Aghdam: Azerbaijan is set to relocate residents to the second residential neighborhood in Aghdam city by the end of the year. This development is part of a broader initiative involving the construction of educational, healthcare, cultural, industrial facilities, and residential neighborhoods currently underway in the city. Construction work is actively progressing in residential neighborhoods 2, 4, and 5, as confirmed by Leyla Sarabi, the press secretary of the Rehabilitation, Construction and Management Service in Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the relocation efforts are aligned with the 1st State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories. This program outlines the construction of five residential neighborhoods in Aghdam city. Presently, 66 apartment buildings are under construction across 11 blocks in residential neighborhood 2, where the return of Aghdam residents is anticipated by the end of the year.
