Ankara: Azerbaijan’s Executive Director of the Media Development Agency, Ahmad Ismayilov, has emphasized the necessity for solidarity among journalists from the Turkic world to effectively communicate their countries’ realities to a global audience. This call to action was made during the Turkic States Forum on Combating Disinformation, organized by the Communications Directorate in Ankara.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Ismayilov highlighted that the proper execution of their professional duties by media entities would amplify the Turkic world’s presence on the international stage. He stressed the importance of enhancing journalists’ professionalism and vigilance to accurately portray the geopolitical landscape and provide the international community with objective information.
Concluding his address, Ismayilov expressed his hopes for the success of the journalists and media representatives attending the forum in fulfilling their roles in this endeavor.
