Baku: On the occasion of Malaysia’s National Day, also known as Independence Day, President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, and the people of Malaysia.
