Baku: As of December 1, 2025, the total public debt of Azerbaijan amounted to 25 billion 272.7 million manat.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this figure represents 19.5 percent of the projected GDP for 2025.
Of the total public debt, 8 billion 195.2 million manat is attributed to external public debt, while 17 billion 77.5 million manat is accounted for by domestic public debt.
