Baku: Artificial intelligence technology has become an integral part of the digital ecosystem in Azerbaijan, said Samir Mammadov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport, at the ‘Azerbaijan-Trkiye Business Forum: Digital Transformation and Technology Bridge’, APA-Economics reports. He noted that this field has been identified as a strategic priority in the country.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, last year, the leadership of the country adopted the Artificial Intelligence Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Within the framework of this strategy, governance mechanisms are being formed, and cooperation between the public and private sectors is being expanded.
Since last year, the Artificial Intelligence Academy and the National Artificial Intelligence Center have begun operating in Azerbaijan. In addition, the ‘E-qanun.ai’ platform, which provides AI-supported search and analysis capabilities for legal acts, has been created and put into operation.
