Baku: New state duties have been proposed in Azerbaijan concerning unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). These duties are outlined in the suggested amendments to the existing Law on State Duties.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the draft proposal specifies that a state duty of AZN 15 will be imposed for the issuance of operator certificates to drone operators. The same fee applies to the issuance of licenses, ID cards, or certificates for aviation personnel. Additionally, a state duty of AZN 10 is proposed for the issuance of registration certificates for drones.
